    My name is Arun. I am pursuing MBA 2nd year(Hr and finance). I had a 3years gap in my graduation due to backlogs. Can I eligible for SAP HCM jobs after my MBA.Please guide me, sir. I hope u can receive my message.

    You might be asked to explain these gaps during interviews, so it is a good idea to be prepared for these questions.
