About the Author
Narayanan Veeriah has worked as a consultant on new and upgrade implementation projects for a variety of industries and companies, including Caterpillar, Ford, Johnson Controls, Harley Davidson, Hess, Shell, Singapore National Printers, and United Chemicals of Belgium.
