Hi,
I have 11 yrs of experience in HR and played various roles in Talent Acquisition and Managment area. I am an MBA HR and have done my bachelors in computer applications <BCA>.
I would like to transition my career from HR generalist to SAP HCM Consultant.
Please advise, what certification I should go for, what would be the training Options and how do I go about it.
Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks in advance for the help!It is best to choose the official training from SAP Education. The only downside is that it is quite expensive.
