If you want to work as an end user, you don’t need to have very deep knowledge of SAP. I think that your domain experience (in logistics, customer service, or warehouse management) has higher priority than knowledge of SAP software. So, I wouldn’t recommend to put a strong emphasis on the SAP knowledge.
