She has consulted in the HCM space for over 15 years, spending eight years in Deloitte’s Human Capital Management practice. Luke Marson is a leader, architect, principal consultant, and globally recognized expert for SAP SuccessFactors solutions and is a certified professional in Employee Central. He is the founder and CEO of the North American office of iXerv, a global SAP SuccessFactors consulting partner that focuses on SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite implementations and Employee Central in particular.
