About the Authors

Amol Palekar is Director of Analytics and Service Delivery at TekLink International Inc. He leads the Application Management Services practice in TekLink, and focuses on global delivery model and processes for BI application development and support engagements. Amol has led the SAP BI Architecture Council and SAP BI Center of Excellence at the companies where he has worked, prior to joining TekLink. He is actively engaged in providing BI solution and architecture consulting services, and has worked on BI programs for various Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, retail, CPG, automotive, and telecom industries. Amol is also a trainer, author, and regular speaker on the subject of BI. He is recognized for his popular and best-selling books on SAP BI and Supply Chain Analytics.

Bharat Patel has almost 20 years of IT experience, which covers the entire lifecycle management of data warehousing solutions, from evaluation and identification to upgrade and retirement.
