    i studied MBA (HR) is sap useful for my carreier getting job in hr based companies

    If you are going to apply for jobs in companies that use SAP software, knowledge of SAP might be beneficial. You can check it in job ads. Very often companies explicitly mention SAP experience as one of the requirements. Usually it is tagged as “nice to have” and not considered mandatory.
