As far as you have purchased the license for the Payroll component and you have the expertise to configure additional master records, there’re no additional charges.
Even though the scope of SAP HCM, in terms of Enterprise Structure, is to configure 1) Personnel Areas, and 2) Personnel Subareas, but there are other elements which need to be configured as well, including the Client, Controlling Area, and Company Code.
The SPRO nodes provide detailed documentation on how to set-up these elements which you can refer to configure the FICO related structure. However, as you are working in a group, your Finance colleagues have to set it up for you.
You’ll need these when you assign the Personnel Area to company codes. The assignment of company code to other financial organization will be done by your training colleagues.
Typically SAP Certification exams have 80 (multiple choices) questions. And the passing marks vary depending on the exam you’re taking; generally, it’s from 60% to 80%. You have 180 minutes (3 hours) to complete the exam. If you look for the exam code within the training.sap.com website, you can also know the weight (percentage of questions) assigned to the topic areas covered within the exam.

There are a number of HANA courses available in the learning hub and if you have access to the certification hub as well you have 6 exam attempts which means if you have passed an exam, you still can take 5 more certifications.
