About the Author

Jeremy Masters is an author, speaker, and SAP HR subject matter expert. Mr. Masters is also the cofounder and managing partner of Worklogix, which provides SAP HR professional services and software solutions to fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Masters has been an SAP HR practitioner for over 10 years, spending his early years with Price Waterhouse, PwC Consulting, and IBM. He has been involved in over 16 projects, many of them global in scope. Mr. Masters has been helping clients implement performance management systems for the past 6 years. Christos Kotsakis is Vice President of Information Technology at Star-wood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, which together with its subsidiaries, operates as a hotel and leisure company worldwide.
