I think you can also use MASS transaction. We also have a tutorial about it: SAP Mass Maintenance (MASS Transaction).
I think that this means that the vendors should implement SAP. I don’t think this is related to certification.

SAP certification is usually for individuals and not for companies. Can you please clarify what certification program you are referring to?
You should consider FI course (financial accounting) or CO course (management accounting).

Here is an update that I received from Urmimala by email:
“Thanks for your guidance. The information I got from the phone call is- While purchasing the voucher I can declare myself as Self-employed, then the company details related fields in the form are deactivated.
Once the Pearson voucher is purchased S user id will be emailed. Using the voucher, candidate can appear for the exam in any Pearson Center in US( or the selected country).”Perhaps, you don’t have sufficient authorization to remove a billing block. Can you please provide more details about your problem.
1. Please contact SAP Education office in US for more information about this. I think that you can keep the company name blank or just say that you are a freelancer/contractor.
2. Please contact SAP Education for confirmation about this. They are the only valid source of information in this kind of questions. Here is their US website: https://training.sap.com/us/en/. You can find the phone number at the bottom of the page.
