You can see links to purchase their books on the page that I mentioned above as well.I don’t know. My suggestion is to contact SAP Education office in your country and ask them about authorized training centers: https://training.sap.com/ng/en/. You can see their phone number at the bottom of that page.
It is not possible to download SAP software for use at home. There are companies that provide access to SAP systems that are working on their servers. You can read more about it here: SAP IDES access.

Hi, you should go for SAP MM (Materials Management) module because it provides procurement functionality in SAP ERP. So, your past experience will be beneficial.
Please check SAP APO Training Institutes. I don’t know institutes for MDG, so my best recommendation is to get the standard courses from SAP Education.

Yes, it is possible. You need maintain customer number in vendor master record and then vendor number in customer master record. Also, you need to select clearing with customer and clearing with vendor checkboxes in vendor and customer master records.
