It is possible to take exam almost in any country in the world. You just need to check SAP website for the nearest location.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to answer your questions in detail because answers will depend on how your SAP system is configured. I will try to provide some high-level explanation.
1. You need to do stock transfer from normal storage location to staging area storage location. There are many ways to do it. If you have SAP WM module activated and integrated with PP order, then you can create transfer orders using menu in PP order. In the most generic case, you can do transfer posting from one storage location to another using MIGO transaction.
2. If you want to perform goods movements, use MIGO transaction. If you want to work with production orders (PO), use CO02 transaction.
3. You do MRP in MD01 or MD03 transactions.
4. You can do posting in MIGO against a production order to receive the finished goods from production.
5. As an output type from an outbound delivery.
Many people do the following things:
1) Learn SAP MM. For example, join our free SAP MM course.
2) Pass SAP MM certification.
3) Try to find some entry level SAP MM jobs.I hope it helps.
If you are going to apply for jobs in companies that use SAP software, knowledge of SAP might be beneficial. You can check it in job ads. Very often companies explicitly mention SAP experience as one of the requirements. Usually it is tagged as “nice to have” and not considered mandatory.

2. It depends on what you mean by SAP Warehouse Management. If you mean the Inventory Management functionality of MM module, then yes. If you mean SAP WM module, then no.

We’ve tested registration of new users on the forum and posting of replies but unfortunately could not reproduce the problem that you described. We used Safari on OSX (macOS Sierra).
Also, you reported that it works fine for you from a different computer. So, I am not sure how to identify this problem.
If you or somebody else have suggestions how to reproduce the problems with login, please share them here. I will then ask a web developer to fix it.

I think you should start with SAP MM module. Start with self-learning using our free online MM course or pick up a book in SAP MM.
If you have more specific questions, please let me know.
If you have background in IT system administration, you should be able to learn SAP BASIS and pass certification. Good luck in your career!
